Back Pain: The best medicine for back pain is exercise. Neutral spine core strengthening exercises to begin, gentle range of motion exercises, ice or heat for pain relief, inversion tables. Exercise gets to the root of the causes of back pain in most 23year olds. Oral medications do not address the cause of your pain, only the symptoms.
