Several!: Whey protein is#1. Egg whites-#2. Then fish, poultry, lean pork, select beef. Tofu is high, but plant based protein is less efficient  than animal based protein.

Depends: If you eat dairy products you can try greek yogurt or cottage cheese (otherwise soy/almond/coconut yogurt). Non dairy sources include chia seeds, beans, lentils, quinoa, eggs, artichokes, broccoli, avocado, asparagus, tofu, peas, spinach, beet greens, peanuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, garbanzo beans.

Balanced diet: It's not unusual for teenage boys to be thin, and wish they were more muscular. Eat a balanced diet with meat, chicken, vegetables, fruit, whole-grain bread. See if you can start an exercise program that will help you build muscle. You probably don't want to be fat; just gain muscle mass. If you're in school, your coach or gym teacher may be able to advise you.

Nutrition: Good fats are polyunsaturated like fish, nuts or monounsaturated like olive oil rather than butter,red meats, coldcuts pastries. Unhealthy carbs are refined sugar found in sweets,refined bread. Healthier carbs are the complex ones such as pasta, whole grain bread, oatmeal,potatoes,rice. It's advisable that you obtain a book on nutrition which gives you much more detail.

Beans, nuts, seeds: 1 cup of tofu has 20 grams protein, 10 grams of fat & 4 grams of carbohydrates.
All beans, lentils and chickpeas are good sources of protein, as are nuts & seeds. Hemp seeds contain as much protein as any food and it is a "complete" protein. Quinoa is the highest protein grain.
