i'm 32/male - 6' - 146 pounds. i've begun having a strong sudden urge to have a bm in the morning. it happens every morning when i open my eyes. more of a very strong pressure than a real pain, then don't usually go again until next morning.

IBS: This urgent morning need for a bowel movement can be seen in the irritable bowel syndrome. This is more likely than intolerance to foods containing lactose, fructans or gluten since you don't have more urgent type bowel movements after the morning one. Try to determine if you are intolerant to certain foods. Taking a nighttime dose of a medication like dicyclomine may obviate this morning problem.

do i need to see a specialist for the sinus problems i m having? this is the 4th time where i get better ans this morning i cant lift my head off my pillow or open my eyes properly because of all the pressure in my sinus.

ENTorAllergy: Most primary can treat most but if recurring and treating as well as using nasal steroids to try to prevent problems from recurring and still happening then need to see ENT or Allergist.

Usually yes.: Generally eye pressure is higher in the mornings and lower in the afternoon but this is not true for everyone.

Could be sinus: There are sinuses below, above, inside and behind the eyes / orbits, so sinus infection or congestion can cause symptoms around the eyes.  However, it is unusual for sinus problems to affect the vision, and there are ocular problems that can give the same type of aching symptoms as sinus disease.  So, it would be good to have an eye exam to rule out potential ocular causes.

: Studies have found that a routine eye exam can detect risk factors for heart disease long before any other health professionals had noted the condition.This is especially true for diabetics, hypertensive,those with high cholesterol etc. Simple headaches,sinus congestion can cause pressure behind the eyes  which are easy to deal with. However,there are more serious conditions, please see a doctor.

It fluctuates: IOP measurements fluctuate throughout the day. For most patients, pressure is highest in the morning, but that’s not always the case, there may be spikes of pressure in the afternoon and also in the evening, probably regardless of their sleeping schedule.

When a patient takes a beta blocker, receptors in the ciliary body may be affected and decrease the amount of aqueous humor produced.  However, it is not know how much it reduces the pressure on a consistent basis and not indicated to treat ocular hypertension or glaucoma.

i have high 65 eye pressure doctor gave me xolamol eyes drops was told to put it every 12 hours but i can't remember how many drops?
