Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. Consider qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program or progressive muscle.

Close your eyes and take slow deep breaths inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, "hyper-focusing" on listening to your breaths. Do this for 5-20 minutes daily.

sure the room is dark and comfortable and cool
enough without being cold. It should be
quiet. Close you eyes. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly. Imagine yourself in the best place you would like to be (for me it would be deep under the ocean, gou you it might be a mountain top). Consciously relax each muscle group from your toes up. Hop this helps.
