The parapelvic: Renal cyst is of no significance. The lymphadenopathy is concerning and can occur in a number of cancers (metastases/lymphoma) but can also occur in the setting of infection and autoimmune disorders. Your doctor can tell you how the lymphadenopathy is going to be evaluated.

Congenital: There are usually benign fluid filled sacs that are located in the kidney as a "cyst".  Kidney/renal cysts are pretty common. They are congenital, which means they may be inherited or just a result of the process of growth alterations as a fetus from uncertain intrauterine factors. Sometimes they can obstruct the kidney. If you have it on a scan, see a urologist.

Parapelvic cysts: These cysts can grow obstructing surrounding pelvic structures.  Whoever diagnosed you with this should be following you closely every 3-6 months to determine growth, if any, and the need for surgical removal if indicated.

Not the same: pelviiectasis refers to widening or is a sac-like pocket of membranous tissue that contains fluid, air, or other substances. Cysts can grow almost anywhere in your body or under your skin. There are many different types of cysts. Most cysts are benign, or noncancerous thickening of the inside of the kidney .

my gf got a internal cyst formation in her reproductive system.its not complicated.its too small and may be negligible.so what should she do?

Nothing: Ovarian cysts are common in any woman having periods.  If the cyst is large, it might require a repeat ultrasound.  If it's small, she need do nothing unless her doctor advises her otherwise.

Obstruction...: The bartholin's glands are located on each side of the vaginal opening. Sometimes the openings of these glands become obstructed, causing fluid to back up into the gland. The result is relatively painless swelling called a bartholin's cyst. At times, the fluid within the cyst may become infected, resulting in an abscess. Immune issues could increase risk of cyst getting infected.

No: If an infection has resolved and you have finished the prescribed course of antibiotics, there is usually no reason to return for a follow up exam.  Sometimes, the infection (especially if it walls itself off from surrounding tissue forming an abscess) recurs and requires surgical drainage; but this would be apparent because of an increase in swelling and pain. hi i think it may be possible i have a pilonidal cyst but all the systems include puss and i've not seen any. do you have any advice as to what it is? and ways to help it until i can get to my doctor?

Cyst: If a cyst has not erupted - there may be no visible pus. Sitz bath may help.
