Parapelvic cysts: These cysts can grow obstructing surrounding pelvic structures. Whoever diagnosed you with this should be following you closely every 3-6 months to determine growth, if any, and the need for surgical removal if indicated.

May be ...: Parapelvic cyst is referred to a cyst at /in the renal sinus of a kidneys, where the kidney collecting tubing system, kidney arteries & veins, and lymphatics system converge to kidney mass. Yes, it may become bigger, but with a widely variable pace and very rarely cause a clinical difficulty. So, don't worry because the odd to cause problem is so rare and the situation is in your favor.
