Hi i think it may be possible i have a pilonidal cyst but all the systems include puss and i've not seen any. do you have any advice as to what it is? and ways to help it until i can get to my doctor?

Cyst: If a cyst has not erupted - there may be no visible pus. Sitz bath may help.

Warm soaks: may help relieve the pain and it may be to early to drain. I would go to the ER or urgent care to have it checked before it worsens. If ir is a pilonidal cyst it may have to be surgically opened
