i am struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic back pain and insomnia. i want to start taking meds for these problems, should i?

It would likely help: A psychiatric evaluation would likely result in targeting the depression which if treated effectively can alleviate some or all of the other symptoms. Other things such as psychotherapy,  nutrition, 
lifestyle changes, and assessing possible addiction issues are important as well.

is lower back pain related to panic attacks?  what are some home remedys to help  cure them?

Possibly: Anxiety in general can increase muscle tension, including in the low back.  Other frequent areas are the top, back, and sides of head, neck, and shoulders.  Any of this can lead to pain.  Best plan, though, is to see your physician about the panic attacks.  These can be helped through psychotherapy -- and also medication, if needed.  Treatment of anxiety may free you from both conditions.

how can you cure lower back pain along the spine,  and panic attacks?

Exercise: Ur 2 questions may be related. Strengthen your stomach muscles. Gentle, short crunches. If you don't hurt ur back worse , ur stomach muscles can act as a brace for ur back. Time usually heals back pain, but, if it worsens have it checked out. Antidepressants are often used for panic attacks.They may also help ur back pain. Sometimes they need supplementing with intermittent  anti-anxiety rx.

Maybe: Lower back pain can be a sign of fibromyalgia, but usually there are more areas of muscle pain and tenderness involved, as well as insomnia and fatigue. Depression is common in fibromyalgia sufferers, too.  The paresthesias may be related to something else, and should be looked into -- they may have a herniated disk or nerve impingement, or blood sugar dysregulation, etc.  Check with your gen md.

No: You do not have MS. You do have issues with chronic anxiety. Fibromyalgia is one possibility. See a rheumatologist.

is it normal to suffer back pain during or after a panic attack?

Unusual.: A panic attack can cause chest pain, back pain would be unusual. That said, your muscles do tend to stiffen up during a panic attack, so back pain during woud be possible, although unusual.

Medication: Your physician needs to know about your anxiety and its cause. He can help you with medications and behavioral therapy.

No...: Presence of IUD can increase the likelihood of bacterial vaginosis ( vaginal infection caused by overgrowth of bacteria normally present in vaginal vault).  This can cause abnormal vaginal discharge.  It is unusual for it to cause pelvic pain and bloody discharge however.  Recommend visit with your Gynecologist for an exam.

Yes: There are many reasons why panic attacks or anxiety issues may occur. With back pain and not knowing how to deal with it or understand what that pain means, can be a source of these feelings.  Chronic pain can lead to depressive symptoms and depression can magnify pain symptoms.  These issues are often undiagnosed or under treated when one is dealing with a patient with chronic back pain.

See a new Dr.: There are really a thousand different tests which can be performed on the human body. I wouldn't begin to know which ones, but seeing a new dr sounds like the best hext move for you if you are disatisfied with your current dr. I would start with a board certified internist or internal medicine doctor. Good luck.
