Exercise: Ur 2 questions may be related. Strengthen your stomach muscles. Gentle, short crunches. If you don't hurt ur back worse , ur stomach muscles can act as a brace for ur back. Time usually heals back pain, but, if it worsens have it checked out. Antidepressants are often used for panic attacks. They may also help ur back pain. Sometimes they need supplementing with intermittent anti-anxiety rx.

Cure unlikely: You can manage back pain via exercise, nsaids and appropriate treatments via your physician. Interesting in the same discussion you mentioned panic attacks... These panic attacks can often heighten other pain issues, so likely the anxiety/panic attacks ned to be addressed first and stabilized before other pain issues will feel like they are improving. See your pcp/psychiatrist to evaluate this.

A few thoughts: Low back pain (LBP) can have many causes.Exercise may help but resolution, if not spontaneous, depends on proper diagnosis such as via history & physical incl. osteopathic hands-on exam.Anxiety can also CAUSE acute or chronic LBP.Conventional treatments, like anti-anxiety meds may reduce both.On the other hand,I have reduced anxiety via manipulation reducing sympathetic nerve output & thus anxiety.
