It would likely help: A psychiatric evaluation would likely result in targeting the depression which if treated effectively can alleviate some or all of the other symptoms. Other things such as psychotherapy, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and assessing possible addiction issues are important as well.

Yes: The key word is "struggling" as it indicated the degres of distress you have. There are good treatments for these problems. Get a good evaluation by a psychiatrist and treatment would consist of therapy as well as medications.
