No...: Presence of IUD can increase the likelihood of bacterial vaginosis ( vaginal infection caused by overgrowth of bacteria normally present in vaginal vault). This can cause abnormal vaginal discharge. It is unusual for it to cause pelvic pain and bloody discharge however. Recommend visit with your Gynecologist for an exam.
