Chest pain: Right sided chest probably not from the heart. Violent vomiting can cause mucosal tear in the esophagus but the location of pain described does not sound like it either. Need detailed history to help more. Get help through consult or see your pcp

Probably Not: Lung cancer is unusual is someone your age.  The pains may be musculoskeletal, but could be related to other problems with the lungs, such as a pneumothorax (collapsed lung).  If the pain continues to worsen or doesn't go away with over the counter pain medicine then you should see a doctor for an examination.

Lifting weights: I see that you are 21 years old. The most common reason for this in a presumably healthy and active person is resistance exercises with the upper extremity. Classic examples include lifting weights, push-ups, and even certain yoga positions such as downward dog or plank. These activities cause a lot of force to go through the ac joint and collarbone.

Need 2b specific: There are many possible causes of pain in the collar bone area. In order to narrow the list of possible diagnoses you need to be more specific about your pain - how long are you suffering?, when in the day is it happening?, what helps it? What makes it worse? Etc.
Pain from heartburn is usually in the center front chest area, so this will not be my first guess.

Exercise: Muscles that insert on the clavicle include the pectorals major, trapezius, sternocleidomastoid, subclavius, deltoid, sternohyoid.  No specific exercises can strengthen the subclavius or sternohyoid muscles, so concentrate on deltoid, pecs, trapezius.

AC joint osteolysis: Weightlifters more than most people can develop a condition referred to as weightlifters osteolysis-- a breakdown (arthritis) of the acromioclavicular joint (ACJ). Rest, ice, NSAIDS, injections (local steroid) can all help once diagnosis is made by X-ray and/or MRI. See an orthopaedic surgeon if pain persists for more than a couple weeks.

Stress and strain: Lifting weights can cause stress and strain in the shoulder, especially where the collar bone (clavicle) connects to the wing bone (scapula) in an area called the acromioclavicular joint.  If it hurts, stop the activity, put ice on it and rest for a few day before resuming activity.  If it doesn't get better, an injection may help.  Surgery is rarely required.

Usually NOT: Lymph nodes in that area are very common. The thing you should remember is that you should keep an eye on it. Watch to see if it is getting larger and more importantly feel the area to see if more nodes are coming out. 
Usually single nodes like you have go down and disappear on their own. But if it enlarges or multiplies definitly seek medical help.

Spots: Varied causes:  consider vitiligo, rash, insect bites, sun exposure changes, hematomas, easy bruising from aspirin and NSAIDs and anticoagulants, birthmarks, injury, unknowns, etc.

the area under my right collar bone is numb and slightly swollen, nothing hurts but it's been this way for 3 days with no improvement i'm 17?

Watchit awhile: It is too early to tell if there is something real going on under your collar bone. You may have bumped into something unknowingly. So give it one or two weeks to evolve...it will likely go away if it is nothing serious. If it gets bigger over 2 weeks, then you will need medical examination to check it out, and get tests like X-rays  which can look deeper under the skin. I wouldn't worry rite now.
