Probably Not: Lung cancer is unusual is someone your age. The pains may be musculoskeletal, but could be related to other problems with the lungs, such as a pneumothorax (collapsed lung). If the pain continues to worsen or doesn't go away with over the counter pain medicine then you should see a doctor for an examination.
