Lifting weights: I see that you are 21 years old. The most common reason for this in a presumably healthy and active person is resistance exercises with the upper extremity. Classic examples include lifting weights, push-ups, and even certain yoga positions such as downward dog or plank. These activities cause a lot of force to go through the ac joint and collarbone.
