Usually NOT: Lymph nodes in that area are very common. The thing you should remember is that you should keep an eye on it. Watch to see if it is getting larger and more importantly feel the area to see if more nodes are coming out. Usually single nodes like you have go down and disappear on their own. But if it enlarges or multiplies definitly seek medical help.

Maybe: Swollen lymph nodes in this area in an adult could be worrisome. I do think you should see an ENT doctor and have it checked out.
