Need 2b specific: There are many possible causes of pain in the collar bone area. In order to narrow the list of possible diagnoses you need to be more specific about your pain - how long are you suffering?, when in the day is it happening?, what helps it? What makes it worse? Etc. Pain from heartburn is usually in the center front chest area, so this will not be my first guess.
