Watchit awhile: It is too early to tell if there is something real going on under your collar bone. You may have bumped into something unknowingly. So give it one or two weeks to evolve...it will likely go away if it is nothing serious. If it gets bigger over 2 weeks, then you will need medical examination to check it out, and get tests like X-rays which can look deeper under the skin. I wouldn't worry rite now.
