PACs PVCs: In my experience PACs are somewhat more common in people with structurally normal hearts but can be just as symptomatic. However since there is a fully compensatory pause following a PVC, the next normal beat feels more forceful than the next normal beat following the incomplete compensatory pause following a PAC. One is usually feeling the normal beat after the pause more than the extrasystole.

whenever i had an episode of afib,pacs or pvcs and went to er my k was low 2.9,3.2,3.4,3.5. i also have controlled hypertension. is primary aldosteronism possible cause of afib? also, is paroxysmal afib caused by primary aldosteronism reversible?

: Primary hyperaldosteronism doesn't directly cause cardiac arrhythmias but the hypokalemia ( low potassium) it causes can aggravate any tendency one has for both atrial and ventricular irritability. Are you taking an aldosterone blocking medication like spironolactone medication which will improve potassium levels?  A cardiologist can advise you about the options for the reversal of your A Fib.

Who Do You Ask: To most people, the answer would be "no." you'd figure out what chamber they come from and leave it at that. I and my colleagues specialize in heart rhythms (electrophysiology) and to us, there are at least a half-dozen varieties, which we group on how to approach them for treatment. On a cellular level, there are also a couple of ways the extra beat starts, which could be another way to view it.

PACs: Hi,
My opinion is that probably because they're so fleeting that most people don't notice. I would also assume that people that are more thin and athletic are probably more likely to feel a strong contraction from the heart but this is all pure speculation. In any case, whether or not you feel the contractions is not a clinical indicator that you have an underlying disease. Hope this helps

what is causing pvcs/pacs from slouching, lying down, quickly standing or stopping. theyve been cleared benign but what's causes this from these stance?

Usually : no cause: In the majority of cases, no cause can be found. That said, check your electrolytes for deficiency: magnesium and potassium. Avoid stimulants: nicotine and caffeine. Check thyroid (TSH). Get plenty of rest. Avoid stress. If all those fail, they'll either go away by themselves (they often do) or you'll need medication to help.

would droxidopa increase pvcs and pacs in people who get them frequently?

Possibly: The effect of droxidopa is to increase the adrenalin  (epinephrine) your body produces. Since this is a Heart STIMULANT (raises your Blood Pressure) extra PVCs and PAC's are a possible side effect.

Never: Pacs and pvcs never can cause sudden death which is due to ventricular fibrillation or asystole. The substrate for those is serious, underlying structural heart disease such as occurs during or after heart attacks or with rare congenital diseases (like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or long qt syndrome).

PVC: Subjectively might help.
