Possibly: The effect of droxidopa is to increase the adrenalin (epinephrine) your body produces. Since this is a Heart STIMULANT (raises your Blood Pressure) extra PVCs and PAC's are a possible side effect. Hope this is helpful My opinion only Dr Z
