PACs: Hi, My opinion is that probably because they're so fleeting that most people don't notice. I would also assume that people that are more thin and athletic are probably more likely to feel a strong contraction from the heart but this is all pure speculation. In any case, whether or not you feel the contractions is not a clinical indicator that you have an underlying disease. Hope this helps
