Iron deficiency: Looks like iron deficiency anemia.  You could take iron supplements (along with a stool softener since iron can cause constipation), and increase iron in your diet (red meat, egg yolks, red beans, etc).

Nothing.: Mcv is red cell size.  Rdw is the variation in red cell size.  A low RDW has no meaning.  Gfr is a way of measuring kidney function, and a GFR over 60 is of no concern.

Is there any history of jaundice (yellowness) or of enlarged spleen.
Why was this group of tests done and what other tests were done?

Spherocytosis?: Are you anemic? Was a reticulocyte count done? What's the big picture? Labs mean nothing without it. If you're very close to your lab's reference range, it may mean nothing -- a few % of healthies fall outside. A low RDW would be a bit of a surprise in classic spherocytosis.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if you were to provide the actual values if may be possible to render an opinion.

. Iron deficiency: I assume you are newly anemic, and this is not congenital.  Low MCV, and high RDW are seen in iron def, but the normal ferritin complicates things.  Anemia of chronic disorders also looks like this, but with high ferritin (and low TIBC).  Normal ferritin is suspicious for a mix of iron def. and chronic disorders anemia.  These findings are never normal and need further evaluation.

cbc results: low lymphocytes (15.7), high granulocytes 79.2, gr# 8.3, mchc low (32.4), mcv normal, rdw high (14.3), low mpv (7.7). is this concerning?

Not yet: Percentages of lymphocytes and granulocytes are meaningless apart from the absolute values. My RDW runs about like yours when i donate blood, i never understood the need to measure platelet volume routinely... If your physician isn't worried, this pathologist ("look at the person, not the labs") isn't either.

Low MCV, mch : May be early signs of  anemia low iron  before the actual  blood count goes down  may be due to period if female or celiac disease or gastric issues. Rarely may be alpha thalassemia  trait. ( need hemoglobin electrophoresis to diagnosis ) and   and genetic testing (alpha thalassemia mutations panel)  f/u/ w/ MD

How low?: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside on either end. If your peripheral smear is unremarkable and the MCV above 70, I'd forget the whole thing. My RDW is always high from donating blood. There are some variants of thalassemia minor that will produce this and puzzle people over a lifetime, though MCH is usually lowish.
