Reduce dose or stop: Reduce the dose by 50% and see if you improve or you can stop.  Other possibility is to continue at current dose and see if your symptoms are just coincidental.

Deca durabolin: This anabolic steroid is generally illicitly used for muscle building.  While it may be tempting to help build fast muscle, over the long run, this medication can have very dangerous effects including breast development and shrinking of the testicles.  Additionally, many suffer severe acne particularly of the back.  I would recommend patience and diligence rather then relying on steroids.

Be careful: Much of the research behind pre/post workout nutrition is more related to optimizing performance and muscle hypertrophy(gain).  If you are working out for general fitness and possibly more so weight loss, your goal(s) may be very different from above and need to reflect that in how and what you eat before and after working out.
