is it normal to not feel good doing exercise when you are obese? a little headache, extremely tired, where can i find a guide on how to start? i'm new to exercise even though i am 46 y/o, i'm really trying but i get scared when i start feeling bad?

Balanced diet: A diet balanced with adequate and proportional protein, fats and carbohydrates with vitamin and nutrient supplementation (particularly following bypass procedures) is essential to maintaining the results. I generally recommend low glycemic index foods. During the immediate postoperative period i advise increasing protein intake for 6 weeks to allow adequate building blocks for healing tissue.

Much improved: Your most recent blood sugar values are much better. You should also check your blood sugar after you eat to make sure your blood sugars are not spiking up very high with food. Anything more than 200 within an hour of eating a meal should be something to discuss with your doctor.

I see that you have a few medical conditions and encourage you to discuss your work out program w/your doc before you continue.  Peace and good health.  Ask him/her about Crestor, (rosuvastatin) which can cause muscle pain in some folks.  There are natural ways to reduce cholesterol.  Perhaps your doc can refer you to a natural doc for that.

Depends on your goal: If the goal of your exercise program is to lose weight, your caloric intake should be less than what you will burn as a result.

Ask your...: ...Obstetrician/gynecologist.  Timing will differ depending upon the type of delivery you had.

The amount of sleep: we need varies a bit from person to person.  7 hours or less is low, especially for a young male.  How is the quality of your sleep?  That is a major factor also.  No exercising is not healthy.  Consult w/your doc or a wellness expert to coordinate sleep, exercise, and food intake for best and safest results.  Peace and good health.

Maybe: If you exercise at a high intensity and have an infection you need to back off some if you have significant fever you might need to take break and rest. Some antibiotics risk a serious skin reaction if sun exposed.Why are you taking antibiotic? That reason is more likely to slow you down than the antibiotic itself check with your doctor with these details to be certain.

Exercise during: Pregnancy is usually a good thing (unless you have a specific condition for which your obstetrician recommends no exercise). However, during pregnancy is not the right time to deliberately lose weight.  Take care and congratulations.
