The amount of sleep: we need varies a bit from person to person. 7 hours or less is low, especially for a young male. How is the quality of your sleep? That is a major factor also. No exercising is not healthy. Consult w/your doc or a wellness expert to coordinate sleep, exercise, and food intake for best and safest results. Peace and good health.
