Much improved: Your most recent blood sugar values are much better. You should also check your blood sugar after you eat to make sure your blood sugars are not spiking up very high with food. Anything more than 200 within an hour of eating a meal should be something to discuss with your doctor.

Diabetes: You are doing pretty well with respect to blood sugars. Need an a1c to evaluated control however. Should be seeing your doc for follow up.

Diabetes: What a significant improvement in your fasting glucose with lifestyle modifications! diet and exercise lead to weight loss and overall improvement in your metabolism. Your current readings are getting closer to the ideal range of 80-100, so i woul suggest you keep up the good work and monitor the a1c from your doctor every 3 months and check your fasting lipids and kidney function. Good job!

Diabetes/weight loss: Glad to hear that you have brought your sugars under control. Your readings are based on your present intake of calories. If you are going to diet, that will mean that you will be taking in less calories. If you are on medication or insulin, combining that with low calories may cause your sugars to crash. Consult your doctor about a possible lowering of your meds before you start to diet.
