Heat: Placing a warm compress over any abscess will promote maturation and spontaneous abscess drainage. How to make a warm compress: place 1/4 cup of water and a damp wash cloth (flannel if you are a kiwi) into a zip-lock bag. Microwave until hot. Apply every two hours until bored.

: If the overall trend is towards improvement, should ultimately go away (4-5 wks). If its failing to improve or getting worse, see your doctor.

: She should probably have the breast abscess drained/biopsied and treated prior to having the upper endoscopy. This is especially true if the upper endoscopy is routine and there is no acute reason for the endoscopy. Her GI doctor should know about the breast abscess and its treatment to make a decision as to the best timing for the endoscopy. Good luck to both of you!

Depends: On what your definition of natural is.  Sagging breasts are an imbalance of too much skin and/or too little tissue.  Depending on then particular circumstances the solution is to increase breast volume and/or remove excess skin.  A breast lift will improve the sag by removing excess skin.  There will be scars but the breast is all natural-no man-made implants.

None proven: Unfortunately, the only scientifically proven treatment is chemotherapy. As much as we feel with patients regarding side effects, one should not opt for less proven therapies.

It depends: It depends upon whether you have successfully completed pubertal development. If you have, then estrogen administration will not be useful, and most over the counter supplements are good at making money for the manufacturer, but are also not helpful
