I had a breast abscess and it drained on its own about 2 weeks and a half ago. the surrounding skin was red and swollen, but it has slowly healed. however, i still have a small pink lump where it drained. is it part of healing and will it go away?

If the overall trend is towards improvement, should ultimately go away (4-5 wks). If its failing to improve or getting worse, see your doctor.
