Naturally increase T: Best way to increase the bioavailable testosterone is to reduce abdominal fat which results in less conversion of t to estrogen. No dietary supplements help to do this but portion control and vigorous exercise do.

FSH 105: It would be incredibly rare to have a "natural" pregnancy with an fsh of 105, i'm very sorry to say. There is sometimes a transient ovarian failure where a woman's fsh may come down again and pregnancy might be possible, but it's not common. You may wish to get the explanation form your doctor in person: sorry, i know this isn't good news.

See your PCP for the: Initial evaluation and get some pain meds from her/him, and investigations could be started. Then see a podiatrist/ foot ; ankle doc as you wish.
Most likely its planter fasciitis, requiring pain meds, stretching exercises/ splints, night splints, pain/steroid shot, proper shoe wear, with heel cushion/pad, etc..

my dr has me on doxyc.for folitculitis, the otc meds broke me out bad.seems like doxcy isn't helpn anymo.any suggestions what nxt for folitculitis?

Response in few days: Usually you wouldn't see a response right away, so i'd give it a few days if you haven't already.  Standard folliculitis treatments include Keflex if you're not concerned about MRSA (resistant staph), and Clindamycin or Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) if you are.  I'd followup with your doctor if the doxy isn't working. Questions to ask: could this be something other than folliculitis? Is a culture needed?  Best of luck!

Ibuprofen: Melfen is ibuprofen. It can be a good choice for costrocondritis , if there is  no concern for stomach irritation, kidney issues, or bleeding limiting its use. Usualy dose would be 600 to 800 mg 3 times a day (with food)  for 5 to 7 days. I would still check with your doctor to make sure that there is not a reason that melfen was not suggested initially.

Ranitidine: Ranitidine is used to suppress acid production in your stomach.  It can relieve indigestion/acid reflux.  You might want to take citrucel 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of water, drink daily for your constipation.  You can also use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) (otc), take same dosage as citrucel.  You might be too constipated, which can cause abdominal discomfort.  Hopeful, this helps.  If not, discuss more with your doctor.

No: Not really.  Guaifenesin syrup can loosen cervical mucous, but poor cervical mucous is usually from an ovulation problem or injury.  Best choice is to fix ovulation or pursue insemination.

my 10month baby has severe cough.doctor gave him cefixime+ofloxacin, salbutamol+theophyllin, paraceta, zinc syrup.last nite he cry whole nite. help pls.?

Response: Sick babies should always be evaluated in person.  I would recommend taking baby back to the doctor if he seems worse.
