No: Not really. Guaifenesin syrup can loosen cervical mucous, but poor cervical mucous is usually from an ovulation problem or injury. Best choice is to fix ovulation or pursue insemination.

No: There is no valid use for cough syrup in any fertility strategy. Many women have been told to take cough syrup to 'improve' cervical mucus, but there is no validity to this claim whatsoever.
