Allergy sufferer: Allergies can make a person feel miserable.   The best treatment starts with identifying and avoiding the trigger (if possible).  The most effective treatment is the topical nasal steroid sprays such as qnasl, flonase, Nasonex (mometasone) etc.  Antihistamines with or without decongestants can be helpful.  Consider seeing an allergist, they are specifically trained in diagnosing and treating allergies!

not sure what i have, i feel congested and i feel something in my throat which i think is phlegms, but it doesnt hurt its just the feeling, i have to clear my throat a lot to not feel the phlegms in my throat?

Post nasal drip: Hi, what you are feeling is mucus that drips in the back of your throat. It is called post nasal drip. It is caused by environmental allergens. You can use antihistamines to decrease the mucus build up in the sinuses to decrease the drip or use nose sprays that do the same. Using a humidifier or ionizer at night might also help.

since yesterday i have a warm feeling running down my throat, i feel it more on my left side i feel some what congested, at times i have to clear my throat

This : This is called post nasal drip. The mucous produced in your nose as a result of a cold or allergies can travel from your nose down into your throat. This feels exactly how you described your symptoms "warm feeling running down my throat."  the key to stopping this is to take an anti-histamine like Claritin or alavert and sudafed when you are congested.
If your symptoms persists you may have a condition called allergic rhinitis which your doctor can treat with a steroid nasal spray.

Some possibilities: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Some throat lozenges and Tylenol or Motrin (ibuprofen) can lessen pain.

i have pretty bad sinus and i feel like my throat is full of phlegm. my nose is runny and im congested. how can i get this to thin out?

Mucous: Drugs that thin mucous are called mucolytics, and the best one is guiafeinsin, sold as liquid or tablets generically or by brand name (Mucinex). Also drink plenty of water, and ask your doc if you have allergies or sinusitis/bronchitis which could be aggravating mucous production. Some use steam as a ‘non medical’ way to losses phlegm. This works but will wear off quickly, be careful of heat burns

i have a test tomorrow to see if i have reflux. my throat hurts and i feel a little congested, could it also be post nasal drip? are they directly related?  thanks.

Maybe, maybe not: Gastric reflux can cause sore throats and coughs. But people with reflux can still catch the usual colds and strep throat infections. That means a sore throat should be evaluated by the doctor, who may do a rapid strep throat swab. The 5 minute test can tell if strep bacteria are there, and if so, the doctor can prescribe antibiotic treatment.

i have chest pain and i burp everytime after eating and  my lower part from the arbdoman feels congested like it's not in place. throat was dry in the morning bit scared not sure what's wrong?

Possible Acid Reflux: Try and stay away from late night meals (not within 2-3 hours of bedtime).  Also try to focus on what types of foods worsen these symptoms.  If this is gastro-esophageal reflux foods high in (((caffeine, fat, alcohol, chocolate or spice))) will aggravate symptoms.  Over the counter meds like omeprazole daily will help.  You may also have a component of excess gas or constipation . 20g fiber/day!

have been experiencing  this unusual feeling in my throat, like there are a lot of phlegm choking me, which i can't spit out, and also making my chest feel a bit  congested. i'm not experiencing any pain, but the discomfort  makes me sick?

: Increase your fluid intake would make it easy for you to cough it out. However it is more important to get out for fresh air and exercise, it is possible that you have congestion because of being around so much dust. Wet or damp cleaning and avoiding pet's dust and carpet dust should also help in reducing the congestion hopefully you do not smoke.
