Afrin, (oxymetazoline) but be VERY : Careful not to use it too much. Ask your doctor how to properly use it please.

Sinus trouble: That side may be more congested. You should run neti pot on both sides. You can also use oxymetazoline spray (afrin) a few minutes before using the neti pot to see if that helps. A word of caution is that you should not use oxymetazoline spray more often than 2 or 3 days in a row.

hit the top of my head pretty hard on a upper cabinet and my nose feels swollen and my teeth hurt, is that common?

Talk to your dentist: Not enough details to say, but if you had corrective jaw surgery, i suspect that you have an orthodontist, an oral surgeon, and a general dentist as a team by your side. Your treatment may still be in progress, but be sure that you talk to one/all and let them know your concerns.

Sounds like it: That would be what i would think.  I would try a nasal decongestant and see if you symptoms don't resolve.  Note, if you have high blood pressure, some of those products are not to be used.  So, read warning labels.

nasal congestion, dry nasal passages & the right side of my face next to my nose is pretty swollen & feels tight. no fevers or anything like that. possible causes?

: Infection/ inflammation of the maxillary sinus with blockage of drainage of mucus from within the sinus cavity is a possibility.  I think you should be examined by your MD or an ENT specialist for diagnosis &amp; treatment.Antibiotics may be needed.  In the meantime try warm compresses to the cheek and/ or inhale steam to promote drainage of mucus.

Swollen nose: Did she sustain a trauma? Apply cold compresses to the nose to reduce the swelling. Once the swelling is reduced take he to see your pediatrician to see if the nose is fractured.

Get checked: If you have chronic congestion, then a work up for potential causes of rhinitis is in order.  If there is swelling on one side, then an examination for lesions or polyps is necessary.  If you have occasional congestion and are otherwise healthy with normal blood pressure, an over the counter decongestant should help.

Nasal swelling: Appear to have staph infection. Get rx for clindamycin or Augmentin. And Bactroban ointment. Apply ointment to inside of nostril three times a day. No picking. Irrigate inside of nose with saline solution. Apply hot mist compresses to exterior.

my nose before septo-rhino wasn't symmetrical, it didn't get symmetrical after it? i mean the left side was swollen. what should i do now?

Depends.: Not sure how long out from surgery we are speaking about but the first thing is to sit down with your ENT or surgeon to discuss the result and see if he/she thinks the appearance is normal or expected at your length of time from surgery.  If not satisfied, I would seek a second opinion as a last step.  Best wishes.
