Hit the top of my head pretty hard on a upper cabinet and my nose feels swollen and my teeth hurt, is that common?

Talk to your dentist: Not enough details to say, but if you had corrective jaw surgery, i suspect that you have an orthodontist, an oral surgeon, and a general dentist as a team by your side. Your treatment may still be in progress, but be sure that you talk to one/all and let them know your concerns.

Very possible.: Sounds like you banged your jaws together when you tried to take on that cabinet. Teeth are not happy when they slam together and the result is pain. Most of the time it goes away after awhile. Sometimes if you hit a tooth or an area hard enough you caused enough damage that you severed the nerve and blood supply and may result in a root canal. Give them a good week or two before dental visit.

Visit doctor: You should go to doctor to get examined as you may have a concussion or others pathologies. It's important to get tested and evaluated.
