Infection/ inflammation of the maxillary sinus with blockage of drainage of mucus from within the sinus cavity is a possibility. I think you should be examined by your MD or an ENT specialist for diagnosis & treatment.Antibiotics may be needed. In the meantime try warm compresses to the cheek and/ or inhale steam to promote drainage of mucus.
