Depends.: Not sure how long out from surgery we are speaking about but the first thing is to sit down with your ENT or surgeon to discuss the result and see if he/she thinks the appearance is normal or expected at your length of time from surgery. If not satisfied, I would seek a second opinion as a last step. Best wishes.
