Afrin, (oxymetazoline) but be VERY : Careful not to use it too much. Ask your doctor how to properly use it please.

Nasal swelling : Sometimes a nasal saline spray can be helpful if used for awhile. Be careful with using afrin more than 2 days as it can be habit forming to your nose and then you will never get rid of the stuffiness. There are also some helpful rx nasal sprays that would be helpful.
