my hands are numb when i wake up every morning this has only been since december my feet get pins and needles a d then numb during a parkrun, which never happened before and my varicose vein throbs after that, i also cant sit or lie down for long?

Pins and needles: Your hand symptoms may be caused by carpal tunnel syndrome which is a pinching of nerves going to fingers by thickened ligaments in the wrist. This is seen in.people who perform repetitive hand activities at work,etc. A hand surgeon can evaluate and advise you. Frequent pins and needles can be from deficiencies of calcium and magnesium. Get tested or try supplements.

Thoracic outlet: There are a few possibilities that fit . A neurologist can tease that out. Thoracic outlet syndrome causes this, by pinching the nerves from your spine as they feed into your arms. If you sleep on your back, a cervical spine / disc problem would do it, pinching at the nerve root. Carpal tunnel is s possibility , too. I'm sure there are others. See your md for a referral, if needed.

IMPRESSION: Most likely you possess nerve compression at both wrists, and not uncommon to be awakened at night due to wrist flexion.  See your doctor, and get an EMG test, which will help localize and assist in therapeutic interventions.  If "carpal tunnel syndrome", excellent chance of complete reversal.

Never should worry: Hand numbness at your tender young age could be several different things; none of which need cause you to worry but doing something about it is another story.  My recommendation is for you to get a good musculoskeletal as well as neurological examination to determine what may be causing these annoying symptoms. Blood tests may be necessary. I'd try avoiding invasive tests right now if possible.
