Night time splinting: For carpal tunnel, a wrist splint is worn at night. For cubical tunnel syndrome, an elbow splint is worn. This typically helps, but if symptoms persist, then an evaluation with a hand surgeon would be beneficial.

Sports med doc: See a physiatrist or sports med doc to determine the cause of the numbness. Once diagnosed, they will give you suggestions to decrease the symptoms and may recommend seeing a physical therapist to eliminate the mechanical factors that caused it to occur in the first place.
