Thoracic outlet: There are a few possibilities that fit . A neurologist can tease that out. Thoracic outlet syndrome causes this, by pinching the nerves from your spine as they feed into your arms. If you sleep on your back, a cervical spine / disc problem would do it, pinching at the nerve root. Carpal tunnel is s possibility , too. I'm sure there are others. See your md for a referral, if needed.
