A member asked:

Often my arms/hands are tingling or numb when i wake up throughout the night. i don't think it's always from laying on them. what else could cause it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

IMPRESSION: Most likely you possess nerve compression at both wrists, and not uncommon to be awakened at night due to wrist flexion. See your doctor, and get an EMG test, which will help localize and assist in therapeutic interventions. If "carpal tunnel syndrome", excellent chance of complete reversal.
