Oats &amp; Milk: are carbs (which turn to sugar) but protein is needed for the possibility of gaining muscle mass.  Consider a protein powder shake in the morning.  Also do some light body training or see a personal trainer.  Above all, like yourself and be neat, clean, and a decent person.  That's more attractive than anything else.  Peace and good health. Milk intake: As long as you watch your caloric intake, drinking milk is not bad for you.  If you are trying to build muscle, there are more effective means to build muscle than milk though.  Consult with a dietician and/or trainer.

Not likely: I suppose you can drink too much but your intake should be ok for your age, there are much better foods if you're looking to gain muscle and weight. Whole milk has a lot of saturated fat which can cause increased cholesterol. Hopefully your meals are more balanced.

Teen body building: All exercise is good for your body, when done correctly and in moderation. Push ups will tone pecs and triceps but not much else. Add pull-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts to tone other muscle groups. You MUST ask a professional trainer to show you correct lifting form prior to weight lifting, though. Eat a BALANCED diet, not just milk and cheese. Lean meats (fish, chicken breast) are great protein sources

: Powdered milk is safe to drink any time. Vanilla is just flavoring. If in doubt read the labeling and if the product has other ingredients  switch to one which has none.

: No. Your diet covers all of the vitamins and essential trace nutrients.
You will need to exercise to gain muscle, diet alone will not do it. A combination of aerobic exercise and resistance exercising/weight training will be needed to improve your muscle mass. The amount of gain will also be determined by your genetic make-up.
