Is drinking 3-5 glasses of (nonfat) milk a day bad for us? what if you're active with 6-7 workouts a day and attempting to gain muscle?

Milk intake: As long as you watch your caloric intake, drinking milk is not bad for you. If you are trying to build muscle, there are more effective means to build muscle than milk though. Consult with a dietician and/or trainer.
