what is the normal progression of the body's reaction to hrt for a male to female....im currently on 1mg of estro and 100 mg of spiro/ both twice a day...what more can i expect and like what timeline?

The most you can: Expect is to stop hot flashes and improve vaginal sx's.  Do you sleep at night? Are you having hot flashes? 2 mg Estradiol should do the trick.  The sx can overlap with stress and anxiety.  If still with hot flashes consider a med like Cymbalta (duloxetine) at 30 mg, need an snri, not just an ssrisolid best results, may need something for sleep. With private consult we can examine more closely, this in my area.

HRT: I presume you mean "hormone replacement therapy".
If that is your issue you must see your Gynecologist as soon as you can.

Needs evaluation: Hi. That is abnormal, and at face value, strongly suggests to me the need for a diagnostic evaluation. For clarification, the BP is 92/54, not 54/92. If chronic, I would not tend to suspect hypovolemia ("dehydration"), but rather other causes. If fluid intake adequate? Adrenal insufficiency can cause that. Are your blood salts normal? That BP could be normal. Also check thyroid. Needs evaluation.

i am a little worried about something. i am in early menapause for over a year. maybe 2 already. and i am on hrt. and today i woke up and i am bleeding alot. for the first time in ages. ?

HRT ?'s:  At 44, "pre-menopause" with sustained time between periods will result in extra ovarian estrogen production.  Taking HRT plus extra estrogen from the ovaries will cause thickened endometrial lining with breakdown causing heavy bleeding.  See your gyn , who may recommend oral bcp's to stop ovarian estrogen: low dose bcp's have very low estrogen and can replace need for HRT.

Depression: Sounds like you may suffering from depression ie chemical imbalance in brain and not ovarian deficiecy which your estrogen hormones are treating.  See your pcp for advice.

Possibly: Although the exact cause of mood changes that occur sometimes around menopause is not clear, the leading hypothesis is that it may be related not so much to hormone levels as to the instability of hormone levels (going up and down) and that instability will increase as you get closer to time for more hrt pellets.

Zoloft is fine per this engine.  Spironolactone can interact with estradiol though reportedly it is an acceptable mix if monitored.

Sure: A trial of hormones may help symptoms but you have to see a gynecologist to evaluate if you can take hormones and if anything else's is giving you true menopause symptoms.

my wife has been complaining of painful femoral pulse sincea long time and she is on hrt. could she have varicose veins?

Maybe: Veins usually don't pulsate, arteries do. Need to see doctor to make sure there is no aneurysm (weakness in vessel wall).
