Depression: Sounds like you may suffering from depression ie chemical imbalance in brain and not ovarian deficiecy which your estrogen hormones are treating. See your pcp for advice.

HRT Side Effects: You didn't mention how long you've been on HRT, but such side effects are common, especially in the beginning. If they don't get better soon, call your MD. Your dose or meds may need to be tweaked.
