As it gets closer to time for more hrt pellets can mood swings increase?

Possibly: Although the exact cause of mood changes that occur sometimes around menopause is not clear, the leading hypothesis is that it may be related not so much to hormone levels as to the instability of hormone levels (going up and down) and that instability will increase as you get closer to time for more hrt pellets.

A Simple Check: If you feel you are in hrt imbalance, simply have your blood levels checked for: estradiol, testosterone & progesterone. If your symptoms match your lab findings, then we have a probable cause for your symptoms and a dose adjustment or continuation of therapy may proceed.
