Needs evaluation: Hi. That is abnormal, and at face value, strongly suggests to me the need for a diagnostic evaluation. For clarification, the BP is 92/54, not 54/92. If chronic, I would not tend to suspect hypovolemia ("dehydration"), but rather other causes. If fluid intake adequate? Adrenal insufficiency can cause that. Are your blood salts normal? That BP could be normal. Also check thyroid. Needs evaluation.
