Normal: The placenta is along the anterior - front- wall of the uterus and over 1 inch from the cervix. This is a normal location.

Previa: It sounds like you have at least a low lying placenta if not at least a marginal previa.  Sex causes uterine contractions for a couple days afterwards, so based on your description I would advise the same thing.  If you bleed after sex, you won't know if its the previa or just post coital bleeding.  Do something else.  By the way the grading has nothing to do with previa.

More than one: Viral infection of the liver will raise liver enzymes and may be associated with leukopenia. An enlarged spleen with liver disease may cause leukopenia due to excessive destruction and elevated enzymes from liver disease like cirrhosis.

Yes: It appears that your placenta is appropriate in its location. Hydrate, move around in the train, especially it it is a long ride.

Safe : If the placenta is more than 2 cm away from the cervix then it is no longer low lying.

Placenta previa: This is a concern because if it persists it blocks the baby from coming out vaginally and carries a risk of severe bleeding.  If present early in the pregnancy it may often resolve as the uterus continues to grow. If it doesn't resolve delivery must be by cesarean section.

i have a posterior placenta reaching the internal os at 32 weeks. what chance is there of it moving sufficiently by term to allow a natural birth?

Slim chance: Most placentas migrate upwards with uterine growth between weeks 20 and 30 of pregnancy. Moreover, at 32 weeks, any premature contractions are likely to expose the placental edge that is now present at the cervical os. If there is any bleeding whatsoever, please contact your OB MD immediately.

us shows bilateral cysts (1.4 & 1.8cm). normally have midcycle pain on one side, but i'm having pain on both sides. iud placed 8/18 and is in endocerv. canal, internal os & distal endomet stripe. what's the most likely cause of my pain? lmp 8/11.

Various Reasons : Could be a result of different things including gynecological and non- gynecological reasons. It could be a result of your ovarian cysts or other things including endometriosis. You should see your doctor.
