Yes: It appears that your placenta is appropriate in its location. Hydrate, move around in the train, especially it it is a long ride.

Normal: That is a description of a normal placenta. If you are doing well otherwise and there are no other problems you didn't mention, you should be able to travel in a train. Best wishes!
