Consider: use of Chinese Scalp Acupuncture or Auricular (Ear ) acupuncture to help with insomnia. See that you already use melatonin. Some other herbals that are used to help sleep include  Chamomile, Passion Flower, Hops, Skullcap &amp; California Poppy.

I am unsure of the: meds of you are on. However for the general population in good health magnesium helps with proper elimination of bowels .  Helps relax people somewhat, increases muscle relaxation. Ask a general practitioner who is familiar with the meds and diagnoses you have.
