Consider: use of Chinese Scalp Acupuncture or Auricular (Ear ) acupuncture to help with insomnia. See that you already use melatonin. Some other herbals that are used to help sleep include Chamomile, Passion Flower, Hops, Skullcap & California Poppy.

Re-assessment: Among patients I have seen that have worsening insomnia on SSRI anti-depressants, my next question is to explore any history of mania or hypomania. It is does not automatically mean you have bipolar disease, but it worth considering. Some people do "over-activate" on SSRI's without having bipolar disorder. Please consider seeing a psychiatrist or a 2nd opinion if needed. good luck
