i need advice about an ongoing reaction to a red ink tattoo on my stomach. my body is rejecting the ink & i've been applying dovate ointment for the past 5 years.

Unfortunately : The laser does not remove the ink, it merely bleaches the color to make the tattoo less visible.
If you are sensitive to something in the ink, the laser may alter it into something that doesn't react with your body - or - more likely, you will still react to it.
Perhaps an Allergist can desensitize you to the ink. It's worth a try.

when after stomach surgery should you wait to get tattooed on the stomach?

Tattoo?: Not sure if you mean tattooed on your abdominal wall?  (your stomach can be tattooed by an endoscopist but noone would know about it!)  discuss this with your surgeon, because if you are having an issue with wound healing it is important to get their okay before you get a tattoo.  Otherwise, probably no major harm as long as clean needles are used.

can u tell me what the bumps o my lower stomach is? they are red and big i have had they for about 3 months and i have tried everything but they will not go anywhere. they turn purple when they been there for awhile they are right were my pants go.

I : I wonder if these might perhaps be cystic lesions or the condition hidradenitis suppurativa?  Read more on the link below.  Another possibility would be dermatitis, eczema, molluscum contagiosum, or a skin allergy.  Hard to tell without a picture.  I would recommend you see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options.  I hope that helps a little.

Infection?: You may have a urinary tract infection that needs treatment with antibiotics. Left untreated, it can result in hospitalization or worse. Espically likely if you are female and sexually active. Go get a urinalysis done. Hope this is helpful.

: If you are truly talking about your stomach, upper endoscopy checks that. If by stomach you are actually talking about your abdomen then colonoscopy would check that. It is not unusual that gas or constipation may cause transient pain. If pain persist you may consider physical evaluation rather than speculations. What was in your stomach a year ago may also be different from now.

Low back: Burning discomfort in the right low back area radiating to the lower abdomen may be caused by irritation of a nerve root in the vertebral region due to disc disease. Kidney pathology may radiate to the groin. Radiation from low back toward the upper abdomen is quite unusual. See your MD or a neurologist for evaluation as needed and appropriate tests or referral will be ordered.

: While there can be many reasons for this but the commonest is a small epid. cyst which can do this. Best is to wear a good support underwear. If the tests feels harder on one side or the pain not better then pl see a Urologist. Good luck

Multiple causes: Lower abdominal pain in men might have causes such as appendicitis, bladder infection or inflammation, inguinal hernia, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease, kidney stone or infection, cancer, seminal vesicle inflammation, aortic aneurysm, injury and intestinal obstruction of the GI trct just to mention a few.  If problematic - seek medical attention.
